RNB.FOEMOB "Date Night FaceTime" Sweepstakes — Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.
1. Sponsor. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Torch Music Group, Lithonia, Georgia ("Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, TikTok, or Shopify Inc. "FaceTime" is a trademark of Apple Inc., used here only to describe the video-call format.
2. The "Wife Application" is a contest entry. The FOE Wife Application at rnbfoemobmerch.com/pages/wife-application is an entertainment promotion. Submitting it is not an application for any relationship, employment, or position of any kind, and no "approval," "decision," or "file number" shown on the page has any meaning other than confirming that an entry was received. The only thing a submission does is enter the entrant in this Sweepstakes and, with the entrant's consent, add them to the RNB.FOEMOB email list.
3. Entry period. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on October 3, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on November 3, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock. Entries received outside the Entry Period are void.
4. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and contractors of Sponsor, the recording artist professionally known as RNB.FOEMOB, their respective management, record label, distributors, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their spouses) and household members of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
5. How to enter. Entry is free. During the Entry Period, go to rnbfoemobmerch.com/pages/wife-application, complete the Wife Application form with a valid first name, date of birth, and email address, check the required boxes, and submit. No purchase and no payment of any kind is required or accepted as a method of entry. Buying merchandise from Sponsor does not enter you and does not affect your odds.
Limit: one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Entry Period. Duplicate entries will be collapsed into one. Entries generated by script, macro, or any automated means, and entries with false or incomplete information, are void. Use of multiple email addresses or identities to obtain additional entries will result in disqualification of all of that person's entries. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
6. Prize. Two (2) prizes will be awarded, one to each of two (2) winners. Each prize is a private video call with RNB.FOEMOB of approximately fifteen (15) minutes, conducted by FaceTime or a comparable video-call service chosen by Sponsor (the "Call"). The Call will be scheduled by Sponsor at a mutually agreeable date and time within thirty (30) days of winner confirmation, during reasonable hours Central Time, and may be rescheduled once by Sponsor for the artist's professional commitments. A representative of Sponsor will be present on the Call. The winner must have a device and internet connection capable of a video call; Sponsor does not provide equipment or service. No travel, no in-person meeting, no accommodation, and no other benefit is included. The Call is a defined entertainment experience and nothing more; it creates no relationship, obligation, or expectation of further contact.
The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted or exchanged by the winner. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Call cannot be delivered for any reason. All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the winner's sole responsibility. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 if required by law.
7. Winner selection and odds. Two potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, conducted on or about November 6, 2026 by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final and binding. No entrant may win more than one (1) prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner notification and verification. The potential winner will be notified by email at the address on the entry within two (2) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within five (5) days of the date the notice is sent, and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of receipt. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, declines the prize, is found ineligible, or fails to return required documents, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor may make up to three (3) attempts to award the prize, after which it may go unawarded. Sponsor may require proof of age and identity before the Call.
9. Conduct on the Call. The Call is a professional entertainment experience. Sponsor may end the Call, and the prize will be considered fully awarded, if the winner engages in abusive, harassing, obscene, or unsafe behavior, appears intoxicated, or attempts to record or broadcast the Call without written permission under Section 10. The winner may not share the artist's contact details or any private information learned on the Call.
10. Recording and publicity. Sponsor will not record the Call without the winner's prior written consent, and the winner's refusal to be recorded does not affect eligibility or the prize. If the winner consents, Sponsor and the artist may record the Call and use the recording, the winner's name, voice, likeness, city and state, and statements in connection with the Sweepstakes and RNB.FOEMOB promotion in any media, worldwide, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Separately, by entering, entrants agree that Sponsor may use their first name, city, and state for winner announcements where permitted by law.
11. Privacy. Information submitted with an entry is collected by Sponsor and stored with its email service provider, and is used to administer the Sweepstakes and, where the entrant has checked the box consenting to it, to send RNB.FOEMOB email (and, only if separately consented to, text messages). Consent to marketing is not a condition of entry; an entrant may withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email, and will remain entered. Information is handled under Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Sponsor does not sell entrant information.
12. General conditions. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or the website, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. If the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, including technical failure, fraud, or any cause that corrupts the administration, security, or fairness of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel it and, if cancelled, select the winners from eligible entries received before the cancellation. Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil law.
13. Release and limitation of liability. By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, the artist, their parents, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from any claim or liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, including any injury, loss, or damage. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible entries; for technical, hardware, software, or network failures; for unauthorized human intervention; or for errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the announcement of the prize. In no event will the Released Parties be liable for more than the value of the prize.
14. Disputes and governing law. Except where prohibited, all issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in DeKalb County, Georgia. Entrants waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages or attorneys' fees.
15. Winner list. For the names of the winners (first name, city, and state), email info@torchmusicgroup.com with the subject line "Winner List" within sixty (60) days after the end of the Entry Period.
16. Official Rules. These Official Rules are available at rnbfoemobmerch.com/pages/wife-application-rules throughout the Entry Period. In the event of a conflict between these rules and any advertising or other material, these rules control.
